Riverstone Nominated for Two CVLUX Awards

For the 2023 CVLUX Luxury Awards, the master-planned community of Riverstone has just been nominated in two categories: Best Community and Best Shopping Center for its next-door retail destination known as Riverwalk. The double nominations are a clear indication that Riverstone is being considered as the Valley’s best place to live, with Riverwalk receiving acknowledgment as the best place to work, shop and play.

Remnant groves of olive trees accent many areas of Riverstone’s thematic landscape, a welcoming design shaped by agrarian roots and creative flair.

This year marks Riverstone’s fifth consecutive nomination to receive the CVLUX Community of the Year Award. Riverstone won the award in 2019, 2020 and 2021, which is a prestigious accolade determined by the voting public that honors only the best of the best in the Central Valley.

Those who wish to vote for Riverstone and Riverwalk may cast their ballots online by visiting www.cvlux.com/voting. Voting is open until Tuesday, January 31st, 2023. Winners will be announced at the Luxury Awards celebration in March 2023.

When complete, Riverwalk is envisioned to be a 50-acre lifestyle retail destination offering a live-work-shop-play dynamic unique to the North Fresno area. Construction continues at the highly anticipated development, which will feature over one million square feet of commercial, Class-A office and retail space in a prime central location at Avenue 12 and Highway 41.

Several tenants at Riverwalk are now open including Dutch Bros. Coffee, Fresh Fill food market with an in-store Juice It Up! and Papi’s Mex Grill, a local favorite that has been serving authentic and delicious Mexican food in the Valley for almost a decade.

Coming soon to Riverwalk will be Blast & Brew, an American eatery and tap house. The ever-popular restaurant is known for its innovative comfort food, and a wide selection of self-pour taps serving a variety of local and regional craft beers and wines. The eatery is also known for its intimate full-service bar inviting you to a fun and dynamic atmosphere. Situated right next door will be its famous sister company, Me-n-Ed’s Pizza. Destined to be a local favorite, Me-n-Ed’s will offer delivery and take-out for those who want to enjoy the delicious, award-winning, brick-oven-baked pizza from the comfort of their own homes.

Also on its way to Riverwalk is Riley’s Brewing Company, a future restaurant planned to be located near the southwest corner of Business 41 and Root Creek Parkway. A unique, two-story design concept is envisioned for the new restaurant and brewing facility, which will be a beautiful new showcase for Riley’s well-loved offering of truly distinctive food, brews, spirits and specialty beverages.

Situated in the heart of the region’s path of growth, Riverstone—when complete—will total approximately 6,578 single-family, attached and multi-family homes. Coming soon is the one-million-square-foot Riverwalk mixed-use lifestyle retail destination.
