Riverstone Announces its First 100 Home Sales

July 30, 2017

Madera, CA - In the short time that the Sales Offices of Riverstone’s first two homebuilders have been open, the new 2,000-acre Madera County community has already reserved and opened escrow on 100 homes. The first 100 home-buying families are putting down roots in Riverstone’s Lodge District, the community’s inaugural neighborhood featuring new-home collections from McCaffrey Homes and Lennar Homes. The new homeowners started moving in last month.

Residents are enjoying the style and craftsmanship that define the new homes in Riverstone’s Lodge District, a family-oriented neighborhood featuring community parks, a trail system, and Riverstone’s first community clubhouse, known as The Lodge.
The Lodge at Riverstone is a resort-style community clubhouse unlike any other. Planned amenities include a Great Room and gathering places with WiFi, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, two swimming pools and spa with poolside cabanas, outdoor bar with firepits, demonstration kitchen, community garden, outfitter’s cabin and an on-site Concierge.

“Our first homebuilders have truly outdone themselves,” said Riverstone’s Tim Jones. “These new collections of imaginative, innovative homes are undoubtedly striking the right chord with today’s homebuyers. Of course, a home is much more than a home at Riverstone. When buyers also consider all the upcoming family-oriented amenities we’re planning for our future districts, Riverstone becomes an even more exciting value proposition.”

Riverstone’s Lodge District is a family-friendly neighborhood that will feature wide sidewalks along tree-lined streets leading to five community parks as well as a dog park, plus hiking and biking trails, an anticipated elementary school and Riverstone’s inaugural collection of new residences from McCaffrey Homes, Lennar Homes and D.R. Horton.

Local, award-winning homebuilder McCaffrey Homes offers two collections of new homes: Santerra at Riverstone and Ivy at Riverstone. The Santerra collection exemplifies the California spirit with its gorgeous architecture, while the Ivy collection reflects an upscale Ivy League feel with American Traditional classic architecture. For details, homebuyers should tour the Model Homes, visit www.McCaffreyHomes.com or call (559) 673-7533.

Also selling at Riverstone is the Cambridge Collection from Lennar Homes, a distinctive new offering of single- and two-story homes featuring stunning architectural designs. Interested homebuyers should visit www.Lennar.com/Madera or call (559) 994-6567.

Riverstone’s third homebuilder, D.R. Horton, has announced that it will unveil two new neighborhoods of homes. Stillwater at Riverstone, and The Summit at Riverstone, will blend sophistication, thoughtful design details and flexible multi-generational living options. Located in the heart of The Lodge District and anticipated to open this summer is The Lodge, the first of many community clubhouses that will be built all throughout Riverstone. Featuring a contemporary architectural style inspired by the magnificence of the West’s National Park lodges of yesteryear, The Lodge is a creatively designed venue in a class by itself.

Within The Lodge’s expansive interior spaces, residents are free to enjoy an array of exceptional amenities including a Great Room and flexible gathering places with WiFi, and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center with advanced exercise equipment. Just outside, The Lodge will feature a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas, a children’s pool, an outdoor bar with firepit conversation areas, a demonstration kitchen, a community garden and a Gear Barn outfitter’s cabin featuring a variety of gear that will be available for homeowners’ on- and off-site adventures. In addition, a Concierge will be stationed in The Lodge to plan community-wide events and smaller gatherings.

Situated in the heart of the region’s path of growth, Riverstone—when complete—will total approximately 6,578 single-family, attached and multi-family homes, as well as commercial and mixed-use space including office, service and retail. Amenities at Riverstone are anticipated to include walkable neighborhoods, parks and open space, multiple community clubhouses, hiking and biking trails, a dog park, a community farm, historic olive and citrus groves, a sustainable water supply, and on-site schools belonging to the award-winning Golden Valley Unified School District.
