The Lodge Pool Now Open at Riverstone

April 30, 2023

Spring has sprung, and with it comes the chance to head outside to enjoy the warmer weather and take part in some much-needed fun in the sun. The master-planned community of Riverstone—with its sparkling pool at The Lodge now officially open for the 2023 season—is ready to embrace the joys of spring and the summer months ahead.

A clubhouse like no other, The Lodge at Riverstone features an advanced Fitness Center, demonstration kitchen, an outdoor bar with firepits, an onsite Concierge, an outfitter’s cabin and much more.
The Lodge’s resort-style pool and children’s pool are both ideal for springtime family fun. Residents can also lounge in style within comfortable poolside cabanas.

“As we all know, it’s been an especially rainy winter here in the Valley, and it seems we’re all eager to venture outdoors for a little bit of warm-weather fun with family and friends,” said Riverstone’s Tim Jones. “That’s what makes The Lodge such a great place. Whether it’s swimming laps in the pool, relaxing in a poolside cabana, or enjoying an evening glass of wine with neighbors around the outdoor firepit, The Lodge is such a comfortable hangout day and night.”

Situated in the Lodge District residential neighborhood, The Lodge is Riverstone’s first resort-style clubhouse—a one-of-a-kind community gathering space that takes its architectural inspiration from the west’s National Park lodges of yesteryear. The contemporary-agrarian style of The Lodge features open, exposed beams, grand windows for inspired views, and authentic building materials that are permanent and lasting.

Within the expansive interior spaces of The Lodge, residents are free to enjoy an array of exceptional amenities including a Great Room and flexible gathering places with WiFi, and a state-of-the-art Fitness Center. This innovative facility, which was designed by a fitness training expert, offers advanced exercise equipment as well as free weights.

Also located within The Lodge is the Gear Barn, a popular facility exclusively for residents that offers rental gear and information on a wide variety of on- and off-site adventures—everything from kayaking, camping and fishing to hiking in the Sierras. Residents can grab a bike from the Gear Barn to cruise around the community—and along the first section of Riverstone’s Old Farm Trail. An exciting family-oriented amenity that’s been many years in the making, the trail is available only to Riverstone residents and accessible via a special key fob. When completed in its entirety, the Old Farm Trail is expected to intersect existing agricultural lands and extend to an overlook affording picturesque orchard vistas.

Another way to embrace the fresh air and sunshine at Riverstone is by taking a short walk or bike ride to any one of its inviting neighborhood parks. The collection of parks features nearly everything imaginable for all ages. Families can enjoy swings, slides, climbing structures, big grassy lawns, barbecue areas with shaded seating, even a bocce ball court and an enclosed mini field for soccer and field hockey games.

Springtime fun for another important Riverstone resident—the family dog—can be found at Central Bark, the community’s much-loved dog park. With trees, creative dog fountains and open-space areas ideal for running, frolicking and disc catching, the park is the perfect springtime setting where homeowners and dogs can get a little exercise and enjoy the good-natured camaraderie of other dog-loving residents.

Situated in the heart of the region’s path of growth, Riverstone—when complete—will total approximately 6,578 single-family, attached and multi-family homes. Coming soon is the one-million-square-foot Riverwalk mixed-use lifestyle retail destination. Amenities at Riverstone include walkable neighborhoods, parks and open space, a dog park, a sustainable water supply and The Lodge community clubhouse with resort-style swimming pools, a trainer-designed fitness center, demonstration kitchen, Gear Barn, outdoor gathering spaces with firepits, and ongoing monthly activities such as self-defense classes, book clubs, arts and crafts, specialty meal cooking classes and more. Future amenities are anticipated to include hiking and biking trails, a community farm and much more.
