Papi’s Mex Grill: A Local Favorite Now at Riverwalk

Serving authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine in the Valley for nearly a decade, Papi’s focuses on grilled Mexican dishes such as fajitas, seafood specialties and tacos. The restaurant is also well known for its amazing margaritas with all-day happy hours on Sundays and Mondays—and happy hours from 3pm to 6:30pm on the other days of the week. Papi’s also serves weekend brunches from 9am to 2pm, with its Sunday brunch overlapping with its all-day happy hour, which is an especially great time to visit.

In addition, Papi’s is currently offering an exciting lineup of delicious specials, including Queso Fundito and Shrimp Burrito Bowls.

The recently opened Blast & Brew at Riverwalk is an American eatery and tap house known for its innovative comfort food including epic burgers, and a wide selection of self-pour taps serving a variety of local and regional craft beers and wines. The eatery is also known for its intimate full-service bar inviting you to a fun and dynamic atmosphere.

Also newly opened at Riverwalk is Me-n-Ed’s Pizza, which is located right next-door to Blast & Brew. The already popular restaurant offers delivery and take-out for those who want to enjoy Me-n-Ed’s delicious, award-winning, California-style brick-oven-baked pizza in the comfort of their own homes.

Judy’s Donuts, the third newly opened retail tenant at Riverwalk, offers its everyday collection of bars, twists, cakes, buttermilks, French crullers, classic glazed donuts and more. Many local families know Judy’s for its specialty creations ideal for birthdays and anniversaries—everything from its Panda and Pink Unicorn donuts to decadent berry-and-cream-stuffed croissants.
