The River District, six miles from Riverstone, comprises a stretch of the San Joaquin River and an adjacent lake promising a future lifetime of epic adventures in nature. There’s plenty on the drawing board here in terms of natural open space and recreational amenities. Few area master-planned communities—if any—can lay claim to a future backyard quite like this.
